About me
I have been training strength for more than 10 years, but I only have been specific about strength for the last 4 years. I have a background in Judo, archery and crossfit, and I have been competing in powerlifting for more than 2 years now. My favorit lift is Deadlift, and the worst is front squat.
I came to Norway in 2018 from France. In my spare time I like to play video games, read, draw and hike in the mountains.
Education
I took my PT education back in 2020, together with nutrition and rehab coaching. Recently done with my powerlifting education ( RTS ), that I combine with my personal experience, and previous education to get you the best fitted program that will give you constant results.
Training methodology
After you talk me through your goals and ambitions, (through a questionnaire) I will take a couple days to look at that thoroughly. We will then have an appointment (IRL or Online) to decide on the best plan together. I use training stress (volume x intensity) and RPEs to program.
The goal is to find a training stress that your body is going to tolerate without getting injured, while giving you constant and predictable results.
